In this article, you will learn how to change the employee or cashier's name.

  • Go to clover.com from your laptop or computer then log in.
  • Once you’re logged in, you’ll see your dashboard then search from ‘’Employees’’
  • If you want to change the name to somebody else, log in with their name, and then open the smart online order app.
  • Just click ‘’Add New Employee’’ and fill out the form including the full name, nickname, and email address then ‘’Save’’.
  • Once you logged in with the new employee, just open the smart online order app and that’s it the employee name has been changed.
