How to set up and offer free Delivery.
There are times where you may want to offer Free Delivery to your customers.
To get started go to clover orders, settings, then delivery areas.
Here are two ways to accomplish that:
- Option 1: Add a delivery zone and don’t charge a delivery fee.
- Option 2: Don’t draw a zone and then under the option free delivery enter the price 0.1 This means any purchase greater than 0.1 will qualify for a delivery fee.
- However, it is recommended to draw a zone and don’t charge delivery a fee (leave delivery blank) rather than just putting 0.1 or $1.00 to prevent customers from ordering outside of your predicted delivery areas.
Note: You can also encourage customers to spend more money by offering free delivery when they meet a minimum order amount.
