Integrating DoorDash Drive with your Loyalty Dashboard allows you to offer on-demand deliveries seamlessly. Follow these steps to sign up and configure the integration.
Disclaimer
- You are required to have a base installation of Smart Online Order created before continuing
- You will be required to use an email that is not currently associated with a DoorDash account else your installation will fail and DoorDash will first need to delete the corrupted account from their end before you can attempt the setup process again.
- The integration does not work with Smart Online Order in-house delivery settings/order in advance times as that will be internally managed from DoorDash's end.
- The integration also does not work with nor read any existing delivery zones that you have setup from Smart Online Order's in-house delivery zones section as DoorDash currently provides a 5-mile radius for delivery around your location.
- DoorDash will be sending you a monthly invoice on a per-location basis that will be separate from the Smart Online Order subscription cost
- For issues relating to DoorDash orders such as the driver not picking it up, you will be required to contact DoorDash directly as we are not able to assist with such matters pertaining to DoorDash's internal systems.

Create an Account or Log In

Access your Loyalty Dashboard and log in.

Note: Your login credentials for the Loyalty Dashboard are separate from your Smart Online Order/WordPress dashboard login.

Navigate to the "Locations" Tab

Locate and click on the "Locations" tab.

Select a Location

Choose the specific location where you want to enable DoorDash Drive.

Enable On-Demand Deliveries

Click on "On-Demand Deliveries".

Start the Signup Process

Click "Get Started" to begin the integration process.

Complete the Registration Form

Fill out the required details in the form and submit it.
- You will be required to use an email that is not currently associated with a DoorDash account else your installation will fail and DoorDash will first need to delete the corrupted account from their end before you can attempt the setup process again.

Wait for Processing

The registration process usually takes about 2 minutes but can take up to 24 hours.

After waiting, refresh the page where you clicked "Get Started".

You should now be able to enable and configure DoorDash Drive settings.

Adjust Settings & Save

Configure the DoorDash Drive settings according to your preferences.

Click "Save" at the bottom of the page to confirm your settings.
- You will be required to create an order type and add your pickup address and phone number in order to continue.

Congratulations!

Your location is now signed up for DoorDash Drive.
