Step-by-Step Guide to Changing the Placeholder Image
1. Create an Account or Log In
- Access your Loyalty Dashboard and log in.
- Note: Your login credentials for the Loyalty Dashboard are separate from your Smart Online Order/WordPress dashboard login.
2. Navigate to Settings
- Click on the Settings tab.
- Select General Settings.
3. Update the Placeholder Image
- Scroll to the Display Settings section.
- Enable the Display Placeholder setting.
- Click Edit Placeholder.
- Choose Custom Placeholder and upload your desired image to replace the default one.
4. Save Your Changes
- Click Save to confirm your updates.
- Allow up to 5 minutes for the changes to reflect on the menu page.
