How to Identify the Source of Your Online Orders
Monitor the source of your online orders, whether they come from the Branded Mobile app (iOS and Android), or your website.
Where to Find the Info:
You can find the source of your online orders from either the Smart Online Order app on the Clover POS, or the Smart Online Order Loyalty Dashboard.
From the Loyalty Dashboard:
- Log in to your Loyalty Dashboard.
- Click on Orders on the left-hand menu.
- Find the "Source" column.
- Under the "Source" column, you will see the respective icons indicating if the order was placed through the Android app, iOS app, or the website, as seen in the image below.
From the Clover POS:
- Open the Smart Online Order app on the physical Clover device at the business location.
- On the right-hand side of the screen, you will see the respective icons indicating if the order was placed through the Android app, iOS app, or the website, as seen in the image below.
