[Loyalty System](https://docs.zaytech.com/knowledge/loyalty-system?hsLang=en) # How to set up a birthday program for your White Labeled Branded App. ## To do so login to your loyalty dashboard and then access it via the more programs section. ### Prerequisites At the time of writing the loyalty system is included with the purchase of a white-labeled branded app for use in conjunction with the Smart Online Order system and cannot be accessed and or used otherwise. ### Access the Settings You will first need to log in to the Smart Online Order loyalty dashboard, typically the login link and credentials are provided to you through the White Labeled Branded App completion email possibly through a link on the email going to "Smart Online Order Dashboard" ### Going to loyalty programs Once logged in click on loyalty then on the section called "More Programs" that appears underneath loyalty once you click on it. ![get to loyalty](https://docs.zaytech.com/hs-fs/hubfs/get%20to%20loyalty.png?width=688&height=309&name=get%20to%20loyalty.png) ![Screenshot 2023-05-14 at 11.16.58 AM](https://docs.zaytech.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot%202023-05-14%20at%2011.16.58%20AM.png?width=688&height=295&name=Screenshot%202023-05-14%20at%2011.16.58%20AM.png) ### Setting up the birthday program From the following page click on the "view" option for other programs then select "create" or "create new" depending on if you already have other reward programs set up. ![Screenshot 2023-05-14 at 11.18.10 AM](https://docs.zaytech.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot%202023-05-14%20at%2011.18.10%20AM.png?width=688&height=435&name=Screenshot%202023-05-14%20at%2011.18.10%20AM.png) ![Screenshot 2023-05-14 at 11.19.02 AM](https://docs.zaytech.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot%202023-05-14%20at%2011.19.02%20AM.png?width=688&height=344&name=Screenshot%202023-05-14%20at%2011.19.02%20AM.png) It would be best to set the top right option as active now so that once you save it the option will be available for use else you will need to return and manually activate it as necessary. You will now need to choose "birthday" from the available list and using the available options below set up if you would like your clients to receive a points or discount to receive upon the date they enter. As well you will be able to choose the value amount below for your chosen rewards amount.
