- At the current time customers can only be exported as a CSV file.
- The following section pertains only to customers who have created an account on the Smart Online Order system.
- The following section does not pertain to customer info for users who have ordered through your Clover system in-store/outside of Smart Online Order or who have checked out as a guest.
- There is currently no way through our system to ensure that customers enter real/correct info when creating an account and thus it is highly suggested to review the exported info for junk data.
- There are no current filter functions for use with the Smart Online Order reporting functions outside of basic filters such as by date range or descending ascending for very basic selections.
- If you have a very high number of clients it will most likely cause the export function to crash and you will need to try again.
- Any revisions to customer info are not possible to be made through Smart Online Order and you will be required to make any and all revisions on your Clover system.

Login to the loyalty Dashboard and access the staring page.
Go to the Customers Section
From the left side menu click on customers
Export Customers
From the right side of the page click on the three dots and choose export customers which will then download the customers as a file on your computer.
